Role of Occupational Health and Safety

There are a number of ways that Occupational Health Officers can assist both workers and employers dealing with workplace harassment.

Occupational Health and Safety Complaints

If a worker thinks that their employer is not complying with health and safety laws they can make a complaint to Occupational Health and Safety.

Our newest project is designed to provide legal information for Indigenous communities through a dedicated website, indigenous.plea.org, and print material. All is available free of charge.
