Employers and superviosrs have a number of responsibilities related to preventing and addressing workplace harassment.
Occupational Health and Safety Committees and Representatives receive and investigate health and safety concerns of workers including concerns about workplace harassment.
People who have experienced workplace harassment have a number of options and should do what works best for them and gives them the support they need.
People who witness harassment can play a vital part in creating a harassment-free workplace.
The Saskatoon and Regina public libraries are hosting free Law Fairs to help people learn about their legal rights/responsibilities and connect with legal information and support. In Saskatoon, check out the free screening of The Good Canadian presented by Legal Aid Saskatchewan. There's lots to see and do during the 11th annual Saskatchewan Access to Justice (SKA2J) Week!
