Some forms of workplace harassment or violence are crimes and can be reported to the police.
When harassment or violence is a crime, such as sexual assault or criminal harassment, there are a number of remedies that may be available.
Our newest project is designed to provide legal information for Indigenous communities through a dedicated website, indigenous.plea.org, and print material. All is available free of charge.
