Depending on the size of the workplace, there are others who are involved in dealing with harassment and violence in the workplace.

Responses to Workplace Harassment or Violence

If you have been harassed or experienced violence in the workplace you have a number of options and can choose the ones that work best for you.

Bystanders

People who witness workplace violence or harassment can play a vital role in addressing it.
