Employees must take workplace harassment and prevention training once a year.
Employers need to take workplace harassment and prevention training once every 3 years.
Employees must take training within 6 months of being hired.
Training must describe the relationship between discrimination under the Canadian Human Rights Act and workplace harassment and violence.
