For federally regulated employees, workplace harassment or violence can violate:

Employees are obligated to tell employers about any situation that is likely to be hazardous to their health or safety or that of others in the workplace.

Workplaces with between 21 and 299 employees must have a Policy Health and Safety Committee.

A Harassment and Violence Prevention Policy is only required for workplaces that have more than 20 employees.
